Start:
02/07/19

End:
02/10/19

Find out why the Sustainable Food and Farm Conference attracts farmers and homesteaders from all over the country! Join us February 7th-10th, 2019 for a weekend of inspiring keynote speakers, workshops, and tours. Regenerative rancher and author of Dawn Again: Tracking the Wisdom of the Wild, Doniga Markegard, will teach us how to increase profits by mimicking patterns in nature to build soil, sequester carbon, and enhance wildlife habitat. Paul and Dru Rivers, owners of Full Belly Farm, will share their Three Steps to Success and how to integrate animals and crops for long-term environmental stewardship. Best-selling author, Jeff Lowenfels (also known as “America’s dirtiest lawyer”) will tell us What Plants Really Want to Eat and how to do less to get it to them. Farm Tours on Friday, keynote speakers on Saturday, and pick your own curriculum on Sunday with 20 food and farm workshops for home gardeners and farmers taught by regional experts.
